ACIDITY: the acidity of our oil is between 0.1% and 0.2%.
Our oil comes from the pressing of olives grown and harvested according to the dictates of organic farming. The product is ICEA certified (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification).
Our olives are grown and harvested respecting the natural cycle of the product without the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and exploiting as far as possible the closed cycle of the product in order to avoid the presence in the colour, aroma and taste of the oil of foreign substances which would alter its nutritional characteristics. The oil obtained from the organic cultivation of olives contains acids and fats similar to those present in the human body. Furthermore, high nutritional values and vitamins. It has the effect of protecting against skin changes, digestive disorders and cellular aging. A good organic oil improves the quality of life and produces well-being for the body. To preserve these healthy and healthy values, the use of oil from organically grown olives is always recommended.
Our olives are harvested by hand starting from mid-October, pressed and bottled within two days of harvesting at a temperature below 27 degrees centigrade in order to preserve their aroma and flavor as intact as possible.
