Produced with Sangiovese grapes. Brilliant ruby red colour, tending towards garnet with age.
Berry scent. Harmonious, dry, slightly tannic flavor which becomes soft and velvety when refined. Wine particularly suitable with roasts, grilled meats and tasty soups. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C.

Our Chianti D.O.C.G. wine it is obtained from the processing of grapes from organic farming. The principle on which our agriculture is based is simple; avoid synthetic chemicals both on the soil and on the plants and their fruits. Winemaking is carried out using a quantity of sulfur dioxide less than half the quantity required by Italian law. No form of pasteurization is used to preserve the organic acids and enzymes that our body uses. Our grapes are harvested by hand and stored in boxes. They are then pressed, destemmed and left to initially ferment (alcoholic fermentation phase) naturally in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently (malolactic fermentation phase) the product is left to ferment, always in a natural way following the seasonal cycle, until the classic Chianti wine is obtained. The refinement of the wine initially takes place in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle.
